Todd Anderson has been a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager since 1995. He enjoys working with investors and homeowners to accomplish their real estate goals. 

Homeowners and investors trust his knowledge and insight on managing their investments. Todd brings a wide knowledge base when it comes to knowing structural details and mechanicals and has previously been a home inspector. Todd’s personal real estate investment portfolio has included single family homes up to 200+ unit complexes.

When Todd is not at work, he enjoys boating on the St. Croix River, coaching and watching his two daughters play hockey for their Stillwater and Hill Murray Teams. Todd was a hockey referee for 30+ years and  has worked for almost every league in the country, some of them include the NHL, AHL, NCHC, IHL, ECHL, BIG 10, CHL and WCHA.
