Judd’s reputation for excellence is based on over 40 years of managing homeowner associations, single family homes, complexes, condos, office buildings and shopping centers.  Since entering the management business, he has owned his own property management company and has managed hundreds of properties and has earned the respect of clients and peers.  Garnet is honored to have Judd as a consultant in the association management division.

When Judd is not working, he enjoys time spent with his family and his wife, Angie.  Judd is engaged in his church and the local Stillwater community and rarely misses an opportunity to support new businesses with the Great Stillwater Area Chamber of Commerce.  As a Veteran, having served overseas,  Judd contributes to the local Eagles Club with fellow servicemen. Judd is an amazing singer and is known nationally in the Barber Shop Quartet communities. Judd’s passion for the St. Croix Valley goes back to birth and today you might find him on his porch swing overlooking the St. Croix River or golfing at the Stillwater Country Club.
