With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing Management and over 20 years in management and public relations, Andrea uses her diplomacy, creativity and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly. She regulates all work orders and works with Garnet’s extensive list of trusted vendors.

Andrea’s aptitude for numbers  is key in monetary transactions at Garnet. She monitors all charges and payments ensuring accuracy and answers any questions that a property owner, tenant or Association may have. Andrea diligently makes sure that rents are paid, which often calls for creative and understanding solutions.

Andrea stays very busy! When she isn’t working you can find her at concerts, farmers markets, or traveling. At home you can find her cooking or perfecting her latest Pinterest inspired project. Andrea has a keen wit, great sense of humor and compassion for people she cares for.
