The Garnet Management Company manages several of our properties and they do a wonderful job. It is great to know that if any problems or issues arise, they handle it promptly and efficiently. We previously had someone managing our properties because she was very cheap; however, you get what you pay for. She didn’t do any background or employment checks on the new renters…she basically placed anyone who gave her a security deposit. We could rarely get in contact with her and all of the tenants she placed had to either be evicted or they left without paying several months rent…this cost us so much more in the long run.
