At Garnet Real Estate Services we see maintenance and repairs from an owner's perspective. Through our many years of experience managing our own investment properties as well as managing for others, we know how to address maintenance and repair issues and handle them with the most professional yet cost effective solutions. If we are not able to resolve the maintenance issue through our in house maintenance team, we have a list of preferred vendors that we have negotiated volume discounts to save you money.

We realize the importance of keeping your property safe for the tenants and at low risk for liability. We also realize the value of a strong maintenance system. Taking care of issues as quickly and efficiently as they arise is our main goal. We not only strive to maintain the integrity of the property, but to keep our valued tenants safe and satisfied.
Garnet Real Estate Services has the experience to handle all of your maintenance issues. Our maintenance system allows tenants to access our maintenance division 24 hours a day. Tenants may notify our maintenance division of non-emergency maintenance by calling the office during office hours or submitting a service request online through their Tenant Portal. Our maintenance emergency number handles emergency calls 24/7.
As part of our rental management service, we perform biannual inspections on your property to insure the tenants are maintaining the property and any maintenance issues are addressed. We will provide you with a report and any recommendations that we feel are important to ensure property upkeep. We welcome any specific needs or concerns that you may have. Additional property inspections are available upon request. |
