Garnet Real Estate Services has the experience to handle all of your maintenance issues. We have a system in place for our tenants where they may access our maintenance division 24 hours a day. Tenants are informed that they are to call in to the maintenance number any emergency maintenance issues or submit a service request through their Tenant Portal. Our maintenance number will handle those emergency call such as fires, flooding, etc. 24/7. Tenants are also informed that any non-emergency maintenance may be directed to our website in which they notify us by online maintenance request. We accept maintenance request forms through fax or mail as well.
As part of our management services, we will perform periodic inspections on your property to insure that there any maintenance issues are addressed. We will provide you with a report. We welcome any specific needs or concerns that you may have. |
